Race Information

Course

The chip-timed run will take place at the Southwest Williamson County Regional Park in Leander, Texas. It is a USATF certified 5k course that combines mostly granite and mulch.

Restrictions

Please, no dogs or headphones are allowed in the race.

Awards

Awards will be given to all participants in the Gobbler fun run and to the top three finishers of the 5K in each age group: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+.

From I-35: Take exit 256, the1431/University exit (IKEA is on your right). Head West on 1431 until you come to the intersection of CR 175/Sam Bass. At that light, take a right. Go approximately two miles and you will see the Williamson County Regional Park entrance on your right. Take a right into the park on Perry Mayfield Rd. Take the next right on Borho Road and follow the signs for parking.

From Mopac (loop 1) & 183: Take Mopac north to 183. Go North on 183 and get off at 1431 heading east. Take a left on CR 175/Sam Bass, which is the first stop light after Parmer. Go up the road a couple of miles and the Williamson County Regional Park entrance is on your right. Take a right into the park on Perry Mayfield Rd. Take the next right on Borho Road and follow the signs for parking.
