Get ready to shake your tail feathers and join us for the Second Annual Wing Ding 5K and Gobbler - a fun-filled family event! Bring the whole family to the park - run the race, ride the train, jump in the bounce-house, climb the rock wall and listen to music! There will be games, prizes and give-aways! This race is presented by Terri Romere and the Romere Team and will benefit Brushy Creek Elementary and The Round Rock Serving Center.
- Certified 5K Course
- Chip timed
- Complimentary t-shirt (while supplies last)
- Awards for all participants in the youth run
This chip-timed run will take place at the Southwest Williamson County Regional Park in Leander, Texas. It is a USATF certified 5k course that combines mostly granite and mulch. Awards will be given to all participants in the Gobbler fun run and to the top three finishers of the 5K in each age group: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+.
The "Top Turkey Awards" will go to the fastest female and male runners.
